Robert Bettes is an American Meteorologist/Host working with KTSM 9 News where he serves the station as a Host for Borderland’s premier lifestyle show. Asides from this, he works as a Meteorologist every weekend.

Robert Bettes Career

Bettes works with KTSM 9 News where he serves the station as a Host/Meteorologist.

Previously, he served as a Chief Meteorologist for KVEO-TV in the Rio Grande Valley where he served for over a decade. Prior to this, he also worked as a Chief Meteorologist for KDBC-TV and KVIA-TV in El Paso.

Asides from this, he also worked for the National Weather Service in Corpus Christi in the summer of 1994.

He headed up social weather teams for Hurricane Alex (summer of 2010) and Tropical Storm Don (summer of 2011). He has also filed live reports from the streets of New Orleans during Hurricane Isaac(summer 2012). Bettes has previously dedicated to keeping the Sun Ci robert bettes biography1 KYB
